Iain Robinson, before he became a realtor, was my wife and my Management Company Director, who we had the pleasure of working with for almost 20 years whilst he managed our Holiday home in Windsor Palms Orlando Florida. When Iain became a realtor it was always him we were going to ask to manage the sale of our property. Iain was so helpful for us especially as out of town buyers. He spent a considerable amount of time assisting in matters that were not mandatory and was very helpful as well as knowledgeable. When we initially began our search we found other brokers (that were contacted previous to Iain) to be dismissive. Iain was willing to communicate eve upon the initial contact without price of funds and his non-judgemental manner made him very easy to work with. We are so thankful for all of his time and efforts that made the this transaction go smoothly. Iain was persistent with the sellers broker who was very difficult to contact. After the inspection he also negotiated the price for the cost of repairs, which to us was minimal and may have perhaps been overlooked. His exact words were that "it can't hurt to try" and the total cost of repairs was deducted from the purchase price. He surely kept our best interests in mind throughout the process. We did not have interactions with other staff but I'm sure if Iain is a reflection of your office the performance is excellent Iain was very responsive and accommodating, performing virtual walk thrust and showing the same properties whenever we found time to travel to Kissimmee. He was beyond excellent in all of the categories rated above.
